Wes Cavegn– Owner & Founder of Holler Back Calls
Wes launched Holler Back Calls in 2020 out of Becker, Minnesota, while studying CNC machining. What started as a passion project quickly grew into a brand rooted in tradition, authenticity, and the hunting lifestyle. As the founder, Wes brings hands-on craftsmanship, a dedication to waterfowl heritage, and a vision to create gear worthy of the hunt. His goal is simple: build products that hunters can trust, while carrying forward the legacy of family, camaraderie, and the outdoors.
Sydnie Cavegn– Inventory Manager
Sydnie keeps Holler Back Calls running smoothly behind the scenes, managing inventory with precision and care. From organizing gear to ensuring every product is ready for the hunt, she plays a key role in delivering the reliability HBC is known for. Dedicated and detail‑oriented, Sydnie helps make sure hunters get the gear they need—on time and true to the tradition.
Adam Hackenmueller- Pro Staff
Adam brings skill and determination to the Holler Back Calls Pro Staff. A lifelong waterfowler, he thrives on early morning burners in the blind and the challenge of the hunt. His role goes beyond testing gear—Adam also guides hunts, sharing his experience and passion with others while working alongside the HBC crew to carry forward the tradition.
Brady "Bubba" Thompson- Pro Staff
Bubs brings his lifelong passion, skill, and field experience to the Holler Back Calls Pro Staff. As a dedicated waterfowler, he represents the HBC lifestyle with true grit—testing gear, sharing calling knowledge, and carrying forward the tradition of the hunt. His commitment to the waterfowl grind makes him a trusted voice in our crew.
Geoff Tatur- Pro Staff
Geoff has been part of Holler Back Calls since the very beginning. He’s played a key role in growing the brand by expanding our presence at waterfowl conventions and building a strong network within the industry. His dedication and connections have helped shape HBC into the community-driven brand it is today.
Devyn McKenzie- Pro Staff
Devyn “the cook” keeps the crew fueled on brisk mornings with hot meals that bring comfort to the field. Beyond the kitchen, he’s a steady presence at waterfowl shows, assisting in the booth and helping represent the Holler Back Calls legacy. His mix of hospitality and dedication makes him an essential part of the HBC family.
