Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Clothing must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Calls must be clean, unused, in working condition, and in their original box.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item was damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We are willing to exchange items of equal value due to a mistake in color purchase or call type. Customer is required to pay return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
All calls are covered under a lifetime manufacturing warranty. We all make mistakes- If your call just doesn't seem right, let us know! We are happy to take it in and bring it back to normal. If we can't... We will ship you a new one!
We do not cover
Our calls are built for wear and tear, but they are not designed to be:
- Dropped on concrete (Acrylic can be brittle)
- Crushed by heavy objects
- Sunk in the lake/slough
