LIFETIME Manufacturing Warranty

Manufacturing Defects

Coverage:

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • It applies to all Holler Back Calls products purchased directly from us or authorized retailers.

What’s Included:

  • Defects in product construction, assembly, or materials that affect performance.
  • Products that fail under normal use due to a manufacturing issue.

What’s Not Included:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular hunting use.
  • Cracked/bubbled reeds
  • Old Cork
  • Loss or theft of products.

Warranty Period:

  • Coverage lasts for the life of the product.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

How to Submit a Claim:

  1. Contact Holler Back Calls via email or though other networking channels.
  2. Provide photos or a description of the defect.
  3. If approved, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit for the defective product.

Our Commitment:

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every call and piece of gear we make. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

Call Re-tune

Coverage:

  • Every call purchased from Holler Back Calls comes with a LIFETIME FREE RE-TUNE.
  • This warranty covers adjustments to reeds, tone boards, and tuning to restore the call’s original performance.

What’s Included:

  • Retuning original components back to working order.
  • Adjustments to ensure proper sound quality.

What’s Not Included:

  • Reeds, Wedges, or Guts
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications.
  • Cracked, broken, or physically damaged calls (these fall under manufacturing defect warranty).
  • Shipping costs to send the call back to us.
